We specialize in selecting, breeding, raising and promoting the Akita Inu breed, with individuals that have high quality pedigrees.
The Breed
Originally Japanese dogs were small to medium in size and no large breeds existed. Since 1603 in the Akita region, Akita Matagis (medium-sized bear-hunting dogs) were used as fighting dogs. From 1868 Akita Matagis were crossed with Tosas and Mastiffs. Consequently, the size of this breed increased but characteristics associated with Spitz type were lost.

A wonderful person, that knows and loves what she is doing. She invests all her power and soul in raising the perfect puppies. Marta is the best mother for her dogs and is a wonderful help in choosing the right puppy for the right owner. When we first called, she explained to us all the specifics relatd to the breed,
all the maintenance issues and the conditions we would have to fulfill, generously offering all the time we needed. When we were waiting for our puppy, Marta was allways with us, offering the feedback we so much needed, supporting us, prepering and helping us get ready for the arrival of our most beloved Rin. We became the owners of the best girl in the world and Marta was allways open to help us – whenever it was needed, even after we got Rin home.
It is very importnat to have support, especially for the time that the puppy is adjusting to her new space and Marta is doing an excellent job! All the puppies have an interesting pedigree and are kept very clean, in accordance with the highest maintenance standards.
